1. Contact the factory for discount information. Minimum billing is $50.00 net.
2. Items in the product catalog that have a price in the "packaged price each" column are packaged in a re-usable vinyl pouch for display on our display rack system. Add a "P" after the part number (i.e., 25001P) to receive pouched tools. See displays for tools for additional information.
3. Contact the factory for suggested resale information.
4. Terms are 2% 10 days; net 30 from date of invoice.
5. Freight charges are prepaid and allowed on shipments totalling a minimum of $700.00 net invoice.
6. Sales tax: prices do not include sales tax.
7. Broken tools: all tools must be returned for factory inspection. Tools found defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
8. Manufacturer's guarantee: all Mephisto tools are guaranteed to be free from defects of material or workmanship.
9. Claims: shortage or error in shipments must be reported to the home office within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
10. Stock returns: credit for returned material will not be issued unless return has been authorized by the home office.
11. Price changes: all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
